If you are off campus, you must first establish a VPN connection before trying to access ARC clusters/resources. Download the VPN client here.
There are multiple ways to connect to ARC clusters.
Connect Using ssh Terminal Sessions

Connect Using Visual Studio (VS) Code
This approach uses an IDE (integrated development environment) for working on clusters. You work on the cluster through the IDE.
VS Code can run on login nodes or compute nodes. Once connected to login or compute nodes, VS Code essentially operates as it does on your laptop, but with additional features that make use of the clusters.
